Polypropylene plain film in the range of 2um to 12um serves as the foundation for MPP films. The standard width is 620mm.
A coating machine uses a high vacuum to melt, evaporate, and deposit high-purity zinc and aluminum on the base film. Following the formation of an incredibly thin metal layer, a metalized polypropylene film is created on the surface.
